This policy explains how LENARD Co., Ltd. (“LENARD”, “we”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, submit a partnership inquiry or use the LENARD AI Concierge.
We do not sell your personal information. Inquiry details are used to respond to you and to manage a potential business relationship.

Information you provide. When you submit the inquiry form we collect the partnership types you select, your name, company name, country or region, preferred contact method, the contact detail you enter (email address, WhatsApp number or WeChat ID) and your message.
AI Concierge conversations. Messages you send to the LENARD AI Concierge are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies, and the conversation and our replies may be stored to answer your inquiry and improve our responses. Please do not enter highly sensitive information into the chat.
Technical and campaign information. Page URL, referrer, browser language, device type, an anonymous session identifier, and advertising parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid) when you arrive from an advertisement.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not sell or rent it.
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can limit this through your browser settings and through your Meta ad preferences.
Conversion events are recorded when an inquiry is submitted. Opening the AI Concierge or reading the page alone is not reported as an inquiry.
We share information only with service providers that operate this site on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics and advertising measurement — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
LENARD is based in Japan. If you contact us from outside Japan, your information will be transferred to and processed in Japan, and may be processed by service providers in other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the business relationship, and afterwards only where required for legal or accounting purposes. Conversation logs and anonymous session data are kept for a limited period for quality improvement and then deleted or aggregated.
Product ideas, specifications and commercial information you share with us are treated as confidential. Detailed specifications, drawings and pricing are exchanged under a non-disclosure agreement, and we are able to sign an NDA before those details are shared in either direction.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to info@lenard.jp. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and access to inquiry records is limited to the staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive material through the website form.
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
